These custom lanyards were originally ordered as a 6" assembly to be delivered in shipments of 4000 pieces daily until 20,000 parts were finished. After receiving the first shipment, the customer decided that 12" cables would work better for their application in the lighting industry. We immediately ordered additional material, modified production plans, and were still able meet their tight deadline.
